RECEPTIONISTS

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, setting up new clients and patients, preparation and maintenance of medical records, admitting and discharging patients, filling some prescriptions, over the counter sales, mailings, computer operation, financial transactions, filing,  front office and reception area maintenance. and hospital and boarding tours.  Receptionists will assume the responsibility for acquiring the medical and legal information necessary for the performance of their duties.

RECEPTIONIST POSITION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME

VETERINARY TECHNICIANS

Technicians are responsible for hospital maintenance, assisting the doctors, laboratory procedures, radiology, client communication, medical procedures, pharmacy, operation and maintenance of instruments and equipment, inventory, daily treatment of hospitalized patients, rehabilitation, hospital and boarding tours, occasional front desk assistance, assisting in the operating room, maintenance of AAHA standards and leading preparation for AAHA review evaluations, and maintenance of the OSHA and Hazardous Materials programs.

One Full-Time and One Part-Time  

TECHNICIAN POSITIONS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME

VETERINARIAN ASSISTANTS

Veterinary Assistants are responsible for hospital maintenance, assisting doctors, some client communication,hospital and boarding tours, some instrument and equipment maintenance, some medical procedures, occasional front desk assistance, animal handling, bathing and grooming, cleaning, feeding, laundry, waste disposal, and running lab work.

One Full-time 

VETERINARY ASSISTANT POSITION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME

BOARDING & DOGGIE DAYCARE PET CARE SPECIALISTS

Responsibilities include animal handling, playing with and exercising boarding and daycare guests,bathing, grooming, feeding, laundry, cleaning, waste disposal, boarding and daycare tours, maintenance of boarding and daycare, and outdoor exercise area.
