Invoicing takes place at the reception desk. Our client care specialists review the invoice with you and address any questions that you might have.
We also suggest that you use this time to pick up any additional items you might need, such as Heartgard Plus, Frontline Plus, pet food, nutritional supplements and vitamins, grooming or dental care supplies, and pet treats. Our prices are very competitive and often beat those you might see in the online pharmacies or pet food stores.
Ahwatukee Animal Care Hospital and Pet Resort accepts payment via cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Care Credit. We DO NOT accept personal checks. So that we can continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered.
We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time.
Ahwatukee Animal Care Hospital and Pet Resort offers discounted services to Military and Service dogs. Pre-approval is required to qualify for the discounts, please call us for more information.
When unexpected illness or injury strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well.
