I felt like I was taking my dog to a doggie spa. The clinic is absolutely beautiful and spacious and comfortable.  When I walked into the clinic, I was greeted by Claudia, who was equally friendly in person as she was on the phone when I first made the appointment for Kate. After Kate was checked into the clinic, I waited no longer than 10 minutes before I was greeted by another friendly staff member and taken into an examination room. She took a very complete history and wrote down all of my concerns. I was really impressed by the little details that helped make Kate's visit more comforting. Dr. Jenkins gently examined Kate and thoroughly addressed all of my questions and concerns. I never felt rushed. He explained the results of the exam to me and discussed a plan for treatment. He gave me suggestions and recommended some new products.  I felt he explained the pros and cons of all my options and then I had the final say on what treatment was best for Kate. I never felt judged or pressured.  They made everything easy for Kate and kept her calm and comfortable. This clinic is close to where I live, but I was so impressed that I would drive clear across town to take Kate to them! Thank you for making my first experience with your clinic so flawless and great!

Excellent staff and setting! I was anxious about having my little dog put under for a dental cleaning since she has had trouble with anesthesia in the past at other clinics. Dr. Jenkins listened carefully to my concerns and adjusted Misty's sedation accordingly. When I picked up Misty after her dental, she was perky and normal! I never would have guessed that she had undergone a procedure and her teeth looked great, too. As a physician and a neurotic pet parent, I am so grateful to have Dr. Jenkins and his wonderful staff.
